Épices de Cru is our go-to Canadian spice source. This Montreal company, based out of the Jean-Talon Market, has spent 30 years finding excellent, unusual spices sourced directly from growers around the world. They make their own spice blends too, prioritizing whole ready-to-grind spices for the best flavour.

We carry a lot of their range: Tellicherry peppercorns, Aleppo pepper, gochugaru, shichimi togarashi, sumac, Ethiopian berbere, garlic, and their own chili blends.
